The Challenge: Nibbley’s is a well-established restaurant located in Klamath Falls, Oregon. They operate two highly successful locations. In fact, Nibbley’s was voted “Best of the Road” in Oregon’s Rand McNally Road Atlas!

The original challenge was to create a packaging design for one of their products. After we guided them through our discovery process, we recommended a brand refresher first. Why? Because packaging is merely an extension of the brand. And a strong brand has serious benefits like creating demand, driving loyalty, and communicating the company’s vision.

The Journey: So with a hop in our step, we set out to breath new life into the Nibbley’s brand: first a creative new logo, then business cards and menus. With the foundation set, we designed packaging for multiple Nibbley’s products. Then we moved on to a website (you’ve got to check it out!), social networking tools and support, and html newsletters.

The Destination: Now, Nibbley’s has a powerful brand image that captures a unique culture and atmosphere that’s known throughout Klamath Falls and Oregon alike. We continue to support Nibbley’s and act as their in-house-marketing agency. This means we’re there to collaborate with them on whatever adventure they embark on next.
